Mountain Heritage Preservation Society
The Mountain Heritage Preservation Society's
goal is dedicated to the collection, preservation and dissemination
of the South Cumberland Mountain cultural heritage. The primary focus
of the Society is to present, preserve and teach the history of Mountain
Region through the acquisitions and preservation of historical objects
and to offer aid in historical research.
The Society is a volunteer, non-profit organization, and membership is open to all.
The Society currently meets at the Appalachian Women's Guild offices each first Tuesday at 6:30 P.M.
